Privacy policy

We process your account email and profile, along with information you choose to enter, such as goals, tasks, routines, time logs, financial and housing details, stress check-ins, feedback, and coach messages. Supabase handles account authentication and stores your password in hashed form; Zealient Life does not store your password in its app database.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you authorize read-only access to calendar events. Google's permission covers events on calendars your account can access. Zealient Life currently requests events from your primary calendar, within approximately 90 days before and after each sync. We store event IDs, titles, start and end times, locations when present, update times, and a category inferred from the event text. We also store an encrypted refresh token so you can sync again without granting access each time.

We use these records to show calendar busy time by life domain and estimate workload for Life Score and recommendations. Calendar events do not become time logs automatically. Zealient Life does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events. When you separately enable AI processing, derived workload signals may inform AI coaching; calendar event titles and locations are not sent to the AI provider by the calendar sync feature. We do not use Google user data to train general AI models.

You can disconnect in the app's Time page or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting attempts to revoke Google access and removes the stored token and event copies from the app database. Historical scores calculated while connected may remain until you delete your Zealient Life account.

We use your information to provide the dashboard, planning tools, scores, recommendations, account support, and security. If you enable AI processing, relevant account context and messages are sent to our AI provider, OpenRouter, to generate responses. If you opt into email notifications and delivery is configured, we send the necessary address and message through our email provider. We may process usage and diagnostic information to operate and protect the service; Vercel Analytics may collect page views when enabled.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage and Vercel for hosting and, when enabled, analytics. OpenRouter processes AI requests only for features you use with AI consent. Resend or Amazon SES may deliver enabled emails. These providers receive only information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from abuse. We do not sell Google Calendar data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or data brokerage.

We use HTTPS, account access controls, and encryption for stored Google OAuth tokens. We keep app data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, subject to legal requirements. You can export your account data and request permanent account deletion in Profile. Account deletion removes the app records and authentication account; copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or records we must keep by law. We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear here. We will notify users when a material change affects how we use Google user data.
